SHIPPING POLICY 

The following dispatch methods are available and chargeable. Orders placed after 4PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders UNDER 1KG are charged at sample item rate of £6.95 via courier 3-5 Working Days.
  • Orders OVER £275 are via free courier 5-7 Working Days to mainland UK, areas outside of the UK will be quoted separately.
  • Orders UNDER £275 are charged at £8.95 plus VAT per box to mainland UK via courier 3-5 Working Days, areas outside of the UK will be quoted separately.

    RETURN POLICY

    • Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. However, Campus Workwear does subject to the terms of this clause, recognize that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and Campus Workwear shall, on a case by case basis, consider doing so.
    • Subject to the Buyer having the Claims for shortages, discrepancies or faulty goods must be notified in writing within 14 days of delivery to sales@campusworkwear.com
    • Goods must be returned within 28 days from receipt of delivery but we must receive notification within 14 days from receipt of goods.
    • All perfect returns will be subject to a 20% handling (re-stocking) fee. Delivery charge is non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. Notice of return must be received within 14 days of delivery..
    • Decorated garments cannot be returned or exchanged except if items are faulty. Size specifications & quality should be checked before print or embroidery etc. as NO CREDIT ALLOWANCE CAN BE MADE FOR PRINTED OR PROCESSED GARMENTS.
    • Please check visuals for decoration work sent for approval carefully as when approved the customer accepts responsibility for any mistakes.
    • Please note we will not be able to refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged by the customer (stains, deodorant marks). The goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition. The items are your responsibility until we have received the items; we advise that you use a postal service that insures your goods and recorded delivery
